Refund policy

Every Stellara order includes a 30-night money-back guarantee. If you're not happy for any reason, email info@sancarmedia.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return and a full refund. The guarantee applies even if the projector has been used.

To be eligible, items should be returned complete (projector, film discs, cable and manual). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the return.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us straight away with a photo and we'll replace or refund it at no cost to you.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer.
